The boy watched what I did with a blank expression
There were many lanes in the city center of Ho Chi Minh City. It was interesting to walk around the lanes. I could meet local people and watch ordinary lives there.
When I was roaming one of the dim lanes, I met a little boy wearing a horizontal-striped tank top and a pendant. He was interested in a foreigner and watched what I did curiously while his mouth was half-opened. Yet he didn't come close. Seemingly, he was afraid of the stranger at the same time.
