The houses were of concrete and didn't seem to be so old. Yet the lane between the buildings was so narrow that no cars were able to run. The city plan might be old-fashioned and ill-planned. Even if a fire occurred, no fire-extinguishing vehicle could enter this area because of these narrow streets.
However, the narrow lanes were automobile-free. Although I saw sometimes motorbikes, the central player was pedestrians and bicycles here. Looking at the end of the lane, I saw a bicycle running this maze-like alleyway.
