In an alley in Mymensingh, I came across a mother with a baby in her arms. She must have been surprised by the sudden appearance of an unfamiliar foreigner. The saree-clad mother looked at me and shouted something. But what came out of her mouth was Bengali. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand what she was saying.
While the mother shouted something excitedly, the baby in her arms remained calm. Unlike its mother, whose mouth was wide open, the baby's mouth was tightly closed and its big eyes were fixed on me.
