Some wires were trailing over the wall of the building which I found during wander about. And the window shutters of it were made with wood.
Most of them were closed even in the daytime. Maybe the dwellers shut them because of the sunlight. To block the sunlight could be of more significance than to let in fresh air. No air conditioner outside machines were seen. The rooms which windows were left closed seemed to be hot.
