Many big plastic bags were put on its luggage carrier
A tricycle with a luggage carrier in the rear part was parked by the roadside. Its luggage carrier was filled with the garbage bag and the corrugated boards. And some plastic bags were hung from the handlebar. Besides, garbage bags were piled up on the other side of the tricycle. The place looked like a place for waste.
I wondered whether the tricycle was just parked in the place or the tricycle was a waste. It was difficult to estimate because the front tire was punctured. I thought it was serviceable, but dated. Yet its owner might think it was too shredded to keep using. The answer might be blowing in the wind.
