The man who was stripped to his waist wore only a lungi. He was working at a butcher in the market. When I came to his shop, he stood with a simple balance in his hand. He was just weighing. What he weighed was the head of a goat. In Dhaka, the head was also sold by weight. I wondered how the local people cooked these heads.
By the way, because the major religion around here was Islam, most of the meat sold here was mutton and chicken. Although to eat Beef was not a taboo, it was uncommon to see being sold. Maybe it was expensive.
