The square near the cathedral was a place of relief for the locals. Many people were relaxing there. And many peddlers were also doing business there. The square was also the place to meek people dip their hand in their pocket.
The man in the photo was one of them and selling toys. He was carrying many balls and others. Yet I didn't understand for what he used a long pole which he held in his right hand.
