She was just performing live
Many people were sitting on the ground in the pedestrian road and they were watching a woman also sitting on the ground. A microphone was placed just in front of her and a guitar was in her hands. She was a street musician. And she was just playing a live show there.
The audiences were listening entranced by her song. The musician was singing a sing comfortably while she was closing her eyes. Her singing voice was echoed in the road gracefully.
