Like other big cities in Asian countries, there is also a Chinatown in Yokohama. It was one of the Treaty ports in Japan. So many Chinese immigrants came here along with the westerners. Therefore, a temple dedicated to Guan Yu was built here.

A big stone guardian dog was sitting at the entrance of this temple. It opened both its mouth and eyes wide as if it was so much surprised. I thought it couldn't do its duty to guard the precinct because of the astonishment.
