It started to drizzle. Yet many cycle rickshaws couldn't stop running because they were blood flow of this metropolis. If they stopped moving around, it could mean the city of Dhaka was on a chasm of death.
They started to use drop-heads and kept running in the sprinkling of rain. Although the passengers were protected by the drop-heads, the driver got a wetting. Regardless of the rain, the rickshaw wallahs were pedaling strongly.
