The bottomless boy wasn't interested in my camera

Children were playing on the banks of the Ayeyarwady River. Some were older children and some were younger. One of the boys was playing with his bottom half naked. Maybe he didn't want to wear a diaper.

The boy, who was not wearing pants, did not seem to pay any attention to me and was about to cross the street in front of me with a puzzled look on his face. He didn't seem to pay any attention to me or the camera. It probably never occurred to him that I was from a faraway foreign country. Perhaps he had no idea that I was from a foreign country, or perhaps he had never even heard of a foreign country.

The older boy standing behind him was a little different. He was interested in the camera I was holding, and was looking straight at me through the little boy's eyes as I held it up.
