The man was a street musician
A young man with a guitar was screaming in front of a microphone by the roadside. There were many street performers like him around him. So he yelled over the sound of other musicians. Unless shouting in a loud voice, he couldn't deliver his message to the pedestrians.
Those who performed here had their own message. And everybody wanted people to listen what they sang. The young man sang a song strongly while he closed his eyes.
