Some men enjoyed chatting in the passage
The most sidewalks were covered by the roof like other cities. I thought it was to avoid the strong sun. So the sidewalk became a nice place to relax and cool off.
During one of such sidewalks, I found some men. They were sitting on the chair and relaxing in the passageway. Most people I saw in the passage were men. The place seemed to be functioning as a place for social interaction for men. Yet at the same time, I thought women were busy with household affairs.
