The mother and her daughter were in a gridlock
The road around the Zocalo was crowded. Many cars, some buses and other vehicles were there. The three-wheeled automobile in the photo was one of them.
It was called 'Motocarro' here and used as a taxi. A mother and her daughter were standing on its luggage carrier. Although the driver seat was under the roof, the place where the passenger got on was roofless. It would be inconvenient when it was raining.
