The young man wore a smart look when he noticed my camera
In the city of Kolkata, wells can be seen everywhere. Such wells are still used by the locals, and when you come to the well, you will see people drawing water. The young man in this photo, wearing a tank top, was one of the people waiting for his turn to draw water from the well.
The well was crowded, and there were several people waiting in line. The young man seemed to have nothing to do until his turn came, so I pointed my camera at him. Then his expression, which had been vague until a moment ago, changed completely and he returned my camera's gaze with a crisp, clear look.
