Even after dividing a big block, the job was not ended. A block of tuna was put in front of a man in this photo. And he was continuing to split. Perhaps, the order might be low-volume and he had to cut to meet the demand.
Although a long kitchen knife was placed on the chopping board, he didn't use it. He used a shorter one. The rings were seen on the surface of section. And the tuna looked like so delicious.
