Many couples and families came to this small park. Saigoyama Park is a popular spot around Daikanyama, and the view from the park built on the edge of the cliff is excellent. It is a strange park in the middle of Tokyo, where the ocean is nowhere to be seen, but looking out over the city from the top of the cliff, it seems as if you can see the ocean.

There was a small hill in the middle of the park where families were relaxing. Eventually, a man who appeared to be the father stood up and began taking pictures of his family. His silhouette, standing with his legs wide open, could be seen through the trees.

By the way, the name "Saigoyama Park" is derived from a person's name. It is named after the villa of Saigo Takamori's younger brother, Saigo Yorimichi. There used to be a Western-style building designed by the Frenchman Lescas and a Japanese-style building in the Shoin style on the site, but there is no trace of these buildings left today. It is just a peaceful park.
