Two houses of Marquis Toshinari Maeda, a descendant of a feudal lord is preserved in this park. One is a western-style house and the other is a Japanese. Beside the latter, a Japanese garden is built. And it is seen from the hall.
When I entered into the hall, I found a previous visitor. He was watching the garden while he was sitting in the correct manner on a Japanese tatami mat. The room was silent and he didn't move an inch. He seemed to be attracted by the scene.
